A private lakefront equestrian property — full marketing package combining aerial cinematography, ground-level architectural stills, and a short property film.
The brief was straightforward: show what the property feels like to walk, not just what it looks like on a listing sheet. Drone work establishes the lake-and-pasture setting; ground glass carries the texture of the buildings.

Conditions Calm wind windows for clean drone footage; low-angle late-day light for the ground set.
